Return in a Myer store
- Bring the item and your proof of purchase
- Refund or exchange is usually processed on the spot
- Online orders can also be returned in store
Most Myer items can be returned within 30 days as long as they meet the basic conditions below:
Change-of-mind conditions
- Item is unused and in original condition
- All packaging and labels are intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Holiday returns
- Purchases made in November or December can be returned until end of January
Exclusions
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance or reduced-to-clear items
- Certain beauty, hygiene, and personal care products
- Big and bulky items for change of mind
Faulty or damaged items
