Aje offers online and in-store returns and exchanges for full-priced items and temporary promotions within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You can choose between Instant refunds with Refundid, an exchange, store credit, or standard refund.
Aje does not accept returns for swimwear, jewellry, or items marked as final sale unless the item is faulty. Faulty items can be returned within 48 hours of purchase with a description of the fault.
Aje offers exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind returns in-store within seven days of purchase. Refunds are only available for faulty items.
