How can we help?
No. It applies only to returns processed as an instant refund or instant exchange, where we advance your customer their money before the item is back with you. We fund that and carry the risk that it never arrives. A standard return does not attract it, a return you reject does not attract it, and if you never switch instant on you never see it on an invoice.
Because it is one, financially. We refund the customer and guarantee the repurchase in the same movement. The capital we put out and the risk we carry are identical, so the fee is too.
Nothing automatic and no surprise invoice. Crossing 85 is a conversation, not a trigger. We look at your real volume and refund mix and quote a rate against it. Retailers who cross usually end up paying less per return than they did on Core.
Checkout+ adds a returns cover product to your checkout. Shoppers decide for themselves whether to buy it. You earn a share of what they pay and we take the rest, and that is what covers the platform, so the monthly fee comes off. It works because the people who use returns are the ones funding them. There is no volume limit on it.
No. It sits at checkout as a choice, and plenty of shoppers will skip it. Nothing in the returns experience is withheld from someone who did not buy cover. They simply pay for their own return label where your policy says they should.
Neither. There are no lock-in contracts. There is also no setup fee, no implementation fee, and no charge for building your portal or configuring your returns policy. We do all of that as part of onboarding.
No. Every plan is the full product. Flows, exchanges, workflows, analytics, custom reports, the API, unlimited users and locations, and every integration are included at every level, as are an account manager and access to custom development. Nothing is an add-on you unlock by upgrading.
Return shipping labels are billed per label when you buy them through us, with the price shown before you generate one, and bring-your-own carrier accounts are billed by your carrier as usual. Where a shopper pays you during a return, for an exchange top-up or prepaid shipping, the payment processor fee is passed through at cost. Prices exclude tax, and Australian retailers are invoiced with GST added.
