Refundid quickly and easily integrates with your existing infrastructure. If you work with platforms such as Shopify, it's more or less plug-and-play. For custom platforms, integration involves only very light developer work.
Who funds the instant refund?
When using Refundid, we cover all refunds upfront. As a retailer, you'll carry zero risk if customers don't return items.
Is Refundid secure?
At Refundid, we take safety and privacy seriously. All payment data is handled securely, and we are fully compliant with SOC 2 safety measures.
What happens if a customer doesn't return the item?
If a customer doesn't return their item, we will handle the recovery in full. In the event that items are not returned, we will front the cost. Additionally, customers who abuse exchanges and returns can be flagged in our software, and barred from making future purchases.
How much does Refundid cost for retailers?
Core offers a fixed monthly platform subscription for up to 85 returns. Checkout+ offers a $0 monthly platform subscription funded by optional shopper fees, with no return-volume limit.
