- Full-price items: Instant refund with Refundid, exchange, credit note, or refund (minus a $10.95 return fee).
- Sale items: exchange or credit note only.
- Final sale items: no returns.
In-store purchases:
- Full-price items (purchased between December 15th and January 15th): exchange or credit note only.
- Full-price items (outside of the holiday return window): exchange or credit note unless purchased during a promotion, then exchange or credit note only to the value of the purchase.
- Sale items: no return or exchange.
- Final sale items: no return.
Outlet purchases:
- Sale items: exchange for an item of equal or higher value, no refunds or credit notes.
- Final sale items: no return.
Some exceptions apply, including for hygiene reasons.
