Returns for UK & EU brands

What returns management software does for UK & EU brands

Returns management software runs your whole returns process: the shopper's request, labels, refunds, exchanges and store credit, fraud checks and your team's dashboard.

Refundid automates exchanges and the full returns process, with your branding throughout the shopper's journey. It handles multiple countries, currencies, carriers and consumer laws in one place.

Cross-border returns are where that matters most. In the last 12 months, Refundid handled more than 70,000 returns from shoppers in the UK and EU, refunded in GBP, EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN and CZK. Make those returns hard and you lose the repeat customer as well as the sale.

Trusted by brands selling across the UK and EU, including Showpo, Peppermayo, Seafolly and Outcast.

"Refundid has changed the way we offer customer service, bringing it into our ecosystem not only simplified a number of admin related tasks, streamlined our warehousing & QA process and get our goods back into stock, but it has set up meaningful insights. Refundid is a great partner who is aligned to our values and sentiments towards our loyal customers."Sid Sharma, Head of IT and Business Improvement, Seafolly
Consolidated returns

Local drop-off, one flight home

A direct international label pays for an air shipment and customs clearance on every parcel. Refundid consolidates returns heading the same way, so a 1 kg return from the UK costs up to 42% less than a direct label. Where we don't consolidate, shoppers get a direct label from one of our 100+ connected carriers.
Shoppers drop it off locally
They print a domestic label from your returns portal and drop the parcel at their usual post office.
Consolidated at a local hub
Returns are palletised, 150–200 parcels at a time, and fly home together on one air waybill.
Delivered to your warehouse
Cleared and delivered as one inbound, ready to process in Refundid Scan.
70,000+UK and EU returns handled in the last 12 months
27EU countries covered
100+connected carriers for every other lane
Up to 42%cheaper than a direct label on a 1kg UK return
Cross-border

Built for cross-border returns across the UK and all 27 EU countries

Carriers, customs and currencies are what make cross-border returns hard. Refundid handles all three, so shoppers get a simple return and you get your stock back.
Local carriers, or connect your own
Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL Express, PostNL, FedEx and Global-e are built in. Connect your own DPD, Evri, GLS, UPS or Deutsche Post accounts to keep your negotiated rates.
Customs paperwork, generated automatically
Customs declarations and commercial invoices are created when the return is lodged. No manual paperwork and fewer stuck parcels.
Refunds in the shopper's currency
Refunds, exchanges and store credit in GBP, EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN and more. Exchanges use Shopify Markets pricing, so values stay right in every market.
EU compliance

A compliant EU Right of Withdrawal flow

The EU Right of Withdrawal gives shoppers a 14-day cooling-off period for purchases made online, over the phone or from a seller at their door, subject to eligibility rules. Shoppers pay for return shipping unless the retailer covers it. The right applies to shoppers in the EU. UK shoppers have their own 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, without the button rule.

The right of withdrawal isn't new, but since 19 June 2026 online stores selling to EU shoppers must also give them a withdrawal button. Refundid gives you a compliant withdrawal flow. Switch it on and:

Clear return policies build shopper confidence, and your rules apply them automatically, with less manual work and less legal risk for your business.

Pair with Checkout Plus

Turn return shipping from a cost into revenue

Shoppers pay a small, optional fee at checkout for a free return label later, and you earn a share of each opt-in. Return shipping becomes a revenue stream instead of a cost, and with consolidated returns the cover goes further.
Shopper-funded returns
Shoppers choose cover at checkout, so international return labels stop coming out of your margin.
Network rates, no carrier contracts
We hold the carrier accounts and the volume, so you get network rates without negotiating them.
Billed per label
Labels go on your Refundid invoice, with the price shown before one is generated.

Frequently asked questions

Does Refundid handle returns across all EU countries?

Yes. Refundid has handled more than 70,000 returns from UK and EU shoppers over the last 12 months, across all 27 EU countries. It covers cross-border carriers, automatic customs paperwork and consolidated returns.

Does Refundid support the EU Right of Withdrawal?

Yes. Refundid gives you a compliant withdrawal flow that you switch on for your brand. The right of withdrawal isn't new, but since 19 June 2026 stores selling to EU shoppers must offer a withdrawal button. Refundid's flow covers the withdrawal link, eligibility checks, refunds of original shipping costs, acknowledgement emails and audit records. UK shoppers have their own 14-day right to cancel. Read more in our guide to the EU Right of Withdrawal for retailers.

What currencies can shoppers get refunds in?

Shoppers receive their refunds in the currency they paid in: GBP, EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN and more. Exchanges use Shopify Markets pricing, so shoppers get the right amount back without worrying about rates.

How do consolidated returns work?

The shopper drops their return at their local post office with a domestic label. Refundid collects returns at a local hub, sends them home together on one air waybill and delivers them to your warehouse as one shipment. On a 1 kg UK return, that costs up to 42% less than a direct international label. See global returns for the details.

Which carriers and platforms does Refundid work with?

Refundid works with carriers across Europe, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL Express, PostNL, FedEx and Global-e. It also works with ecommerce tools including Shopify, commercetools, Brightpearl, Global-e, Peoplevox, SEKO, EasyPost, Easyship, Shippo, Klaviyo and Gorgias.
